Getting started
What is Crafted Pour?
Crafted Pour is a craft-cocktail app and community. Browse and search thousands of recipes from real bartenders and brands, save the ones you love, follow your favorite creators, and share your own drinks with step-by-step instructions and photos.
Do I need an account?
You can browse and search recipes without one. To like and save recipes, follow creators, leave ratings or comments, or publish your own drinks, create a free account. It takes a few seconds.
Is the app free?
Yes. Downloading the app, browsing recipes, saving favorites, following creators, and publishing your own recipes are all free.
Finding and saving recipes
How do I find a specific cocktail?
Use the search bar to look up a drink by name, spirit, or ingredient, or browse the home screen and category collections. The homepage also surfaces featured recipes and creators.
How do I save a recipe for later?
Tap the heart on any recipe to add it to your personal collection. Everything you like is kept in one place, so the next time you are staring at your bar cart, the drinks you meant to try are one tap away.
Making a drink and sharing your photo
This is the heart of the community. When you make a cocktail from the app, showing how yours turned out both thanks the original creator and shows off your own take.
How do I add a photo of a cocktail I made?
Open the recipe you made and go to its ratings and comments section. When you leave a rating or a comment, you can tap Upload Photos and attach photos of your version straight from your camera roll (JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each). Your photos post right alongside your review on that recipe's page, where everyone can see them.
Why should I add my photo to someone else’s recipe?
Two reasons. It shows appreciation to the bartender who created the recipe, and it lets you show your own take, your glassware, your garnish, your twist. It also helps the next person see the drink made by a real hand instead of a single studio shot, which is exactly what makes Crafted Pour feel like a community and not a catalog.
Can I rate and comment on any recipe?
Yes. You can leave a star rating, write a comment or a question, and attach photos on any recipe, whether it is yours or someone else’s. You can also reply directly to other people’s comments.
Following creators
How do I follow a bartender or brand?
Open any creator or brand profile and tap Follow. You will get a notification whenever they publish a new cocktail, so your feed stays full of the people whose taste you trust.
How do notifications work?
When you follow creators, we can notify you about their new recipes and about activity on your own recipes, like likes and comments. You control the frequency, or turn them off entirely, from the link at the bottom of any Crafted Pour email or by contacting us.
Publishing your own recipes
How do I publish a recipe?
Use the recipe creation flow in the app to add your cocktail with a photo, ingredients, and step-by-step instructions. Exact measurements, a named build method (shaken, stirred, or built), and the glass and garnish make your recipe easy for others to find and get right the first time.
What happens after I publish?
The app prompts you to rate and comment on the spirits and ingredients you used, which helps other home bartenders choose the bottles worth buying. Every recipe you publish also builds a public portfolio on your profile that you can share anywhere.
Can I rate the products I used?
Yes. After publishing, you can rate each spirit or ingredient from the recipe and leave a comment. Your honest take helps the whole community spend their money on the bottles that earn a spot on the shelf.
Your profile and community
How do I set up my profile?
Add a photo and a short bio so other cocktail lovers can find you and follow along. A complete profile makes your recipes and your feedback more discoverable across the app.
Are the recipes and photos real?
Yes. Recipes and photos on Crafted Pour come from real bartenders and enthusiasts, not AI. Authentic content is what the community is built on.
How do I report something inappropriate?
Every comment and reply has a report option. If you see something that breaks our community guidelines, use it and our team will review.
