Under The Cherry Blossom Tree

My inspiration is what I would imagine walking into a place in Japan where there is a field of cherry blossom trees. Sitting down, closing my eyes and taking in the aromas of all that’s around me.


1 ½ oz Vodka
½ oz Becherovka Liquor
¾ oz Mint Syrup
¾ oz Green Tea
¾ oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

2 dashes Orange Blossom Water
2 dashes Miracle Mile Sour Cherry Bitters


Place Vodka, Becherovka, Mint Syrup, Green Tea, Orange Blossom Water, Sour Cherry Bitters, Lemon Juice into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain liquid into a rocks glass. Add ice to the top and garnish with pomegranate seeds.

Mint Syrup
8 oz Sugar
8 oz Water
2 oz (weighed) Fresh Mint

Place all ingredients into a saucepan on medium heat. Stir, and once sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and let sit for 25 min. Place syrup in blender and blend for 20 seconds. Strain mint from syrup and store in refrigerator until use.
