National drink of Martinique and popular throughout the French West Indies.
Ingredients:

Neisson Rhum Blanc

Petit Canne Syrup
Instructions:
Build in an old fashioned glass. Squeeze the lime disc to express the oils into and around the inside of the glass and then drop into the glass. Add a small handful of crushed ice and stir to chill and dillute. No garnish.
The lime disc is a small cut from the outside of the lime.
You want a very small amount of interior flesh while mostly using it to express oils from the outside skin.
