Stir/Strain into Absinthe rinsed Old Fashioned glass. No Ice. Garnish with Lemon Twist.

I was introduced to this drink in New Orleans during Mardi Gras. It is a wonderful conversation or after dinner drink. I prefer a cognac based sazerac and this one is spot on! If you are look for a classic NOLA drink, this should be on the top of your list!
