Royal Hawaiian (Two ways)

The Royal Hawaiian has been around since the 50's. Named after the Hawaiian resort that made it their signature cocktail. I certainly did not create this recipe. However, since one of the ingredients is orgeat syrup (made with almonds), I wanted to substitute my black sesame orgeat and pistachio orgeat with different gins to come up with unique combinations.

2 oz Empress 1908 gin

1 ¼ oz Black Sesame Ginger orgeat

1 oz Pineapple juice

½ oz Lemon juice

2 oz Malfy blood orange infused gin

1¼ oz Pistachio orgeat

1 oz Pineapple juice

½ oz Lemon juice ⁣
