I have actually been on the lookout for blood oranges in the grocery stores but they aren’t available here yet sadly. Luckily I can still have tasty blood orange juice for cocktails like this one.

Ingredients

2 oz Tequila reposado

¾ oz Ginger liqueur 

½ oz Lime juice 

2 oz Mongibello Blood Orange Juice

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with orange slice and mint.
