This is my first original cocktail! I created it for Pride Weekend two years ago and it was a hit! It's a spicy passion fruit daiquiri, inspired by Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat and the song "Let's Have a Kiki!"

Ingredients
1 oz Lime juice
½ oz Liber & Co. Passionfruit Syrup
½ oz Simple Syrup
3 - 5 dashes Bad Dog Fire & Damnation Bitters
1 dash Beast Feast Ghost Pepper extract
Instructions
Combine everything into a shaker, add ice, shake well, double strain into a coupe glass.
Original Garnish: Lime wedge with a pride flag poked into it.
Variation: Arrange berries and citrus on the rim to give a rainbow effect.
